What the ledger has to evidence
Public bodies work under the Public Finance Management Act and the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, and answer to the Office of the Auditor-General. The ERP's job is to make the controls the law describes into steps the system enforces.
An honest note on products
Our public-sector product, GovFlow 365, was built for South African rules. Kenyan rules are a different rule set, so we scope Kenyan public-sector work as configuration of Finance & Operations or Business Central against the Kenyan framework, with extensions only where discovery shows a gap. We would rather tell you that than overstate fit.
Where we have worked
Our delivery record includes ports and logistics organisations, financial institutions and development organisations. We discuss relevant public-sector references in confidence and with client permission.
Frequently asked questions
Is IFMIS affecting our choice?
Where national or county government bodies must use IFMIS, that decision is not ours to override. State corporations that run their own ERP are where this work applies. Confirm your obligations with the National Treasury.
Can you enforce procurement thresholds?
Yes. Approval limits, committees and separation of duties are configured and tested in the Design phase.
Do you have Kenyan public-sector references?
We discuss references in confidence and with client permission. Ask us.
General information, not tax or legal advice. Rates, limits and filing rules change; confirm the current position with the Kenya Revenue Authority, the relevant statutory body or your tax adviser before relying on it.
